Privacy Policy

Bspok Haus is a creative marketing agency based in San Jose, California. This policy explains what we collect when you visit bspokhaus.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It covers this website only. It does not cover work we do inside a client's own systems under a separate agreement.

What we collect

We collect information in five ways.

When you fill in our contact form. Our form is provided by GoHighLevel. It collects your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us in the message. That information goes into our client management system so that we can reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. GoHighLevel may also set cookies in your browser as part of running the form.

Automatically, when you load a page. Our host, Vercel, records standard request information including your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time of the request. This is ordinary server logging. We use it to keep the site running and to understand whether something is broken.

Through the fonts we use. We load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Google receives that request, including your IP address, under Google's own privacy terms.

Through the Meta Pixel. We run the Meta Pixel on this website. It is a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, that records that a browser visited a page. Meta may connect that visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to measure whether our advertising works and to show ads to people who have visited the site. The pixel sets cookies in your browser.

Through the Google tag. We also run Google's advertising tag, which records page visits and, on our booking page, whether a booking was completed. We use it to measure whether our Google advertising works. Google may connect this activity to your Google account under Google's own privacy terms, and the tag sets cookies in your browser.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation about your project, to keep a record of work and enquiries, and to keep the website functioning. That is the complete list.

Who it is shared with

Your information sits with the companies that run parts of this site on our behalf: GoHighLevel for the contact form and our client records, Vercel for hosting, Google for font delivery and advertising measurement, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each holds it under their own terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, which has not happened to date.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our client management system while there is a reasonable chance of working together and for our own business records afterwards. Server logs are held by Vercel on their standard retention schedule. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bspokhaus.com and we will respond within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect how we treat you.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings. The contact form may not work correctly if you do.

To limit how Meta uses your activity for advertising, use the Off-Facebook Activity controls in your Facebook settings, or your Instagram ad settings. For Google, visit adssettings.google.com. Browser tracking protection and most ad blockers will also stop both tags loading.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to know what personal information a business collects about you, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights apply and we honour them. Use the email address above to make a request.

Children

This site is intended for people running businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tool that collects information, we will update this page and change the date at the top before turning it on.
