Services

Bspok Haus provides brand photography, commercial video production, creative direction, graphic design, and graphic identity services. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project agreements.

Payment

Projects require a deposit before work begins. Final deliverables are provided upon receipt of full payment. Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Bspok Haus retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled, the client is responsible for payment for work completed to date.

Limitation of Liability

Bspok Haus liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
